Welcome to Absinthe Guest House, located in Tangier. By booking a stay with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email from Absinthe Guest House.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival: You are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: 50% refund.
   • No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless specified otherwise.
3. Booking Modifications: Any modifications to your booking, including changes in dates or the number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Check-In and Check-Out:
   • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
   • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the behavior of all persons included in their booking. Any damage to property or disruption caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
6. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept cash and major credit cards.
7. Smoking Policy: Absinthe Guest House is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
8. Pets: Pets are not allowed at Absinthe Guest House.
9. Liability: Absinthe Guest House is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or injuries.
10. Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for the purpose of processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
11. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tangier, Morocco, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tangier.
12. Acceptance: By making a booking at Absinthe Guest House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Absinthe Guest House understands that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair refund policy. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 7 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the check-in date: 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made on the day of check-in or for no-shows.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking within 7-10 business days.
